Yes! Stretch your both your splits (just so its even) then on the one leg you’re going to do your scorpion bend back and try to grab the back foot with your hands. Do lots of bridges and walk your hands closer to your feet when you’re in them. Stretch your shoulders by sitting with your legs together and locking your pinkies behind your back then pushing your arms as far out behind you as you can. Use a stunt strap to pull your scorp before pulling it with your arms. It really helps practicing them. All that combined should help a lot!! Always stretch when your warmed up and hold for at lead 30 seconds so that you increase flexibility. |
